In Mahabharata, Dhritarashtra was such a person who could have stopped the war of Mahabharata if he wanted, because he had the power. But he did not do that, he was trapped in his son’s love and he did not take the decision Wisely, Rightly, and Timely. He knew that all his sons would be killed, still, he did not do anything in time. Till the end, he was only in greed, thinking about how he could defeat the Pandavas and ensure Duryodhana got everything.
That is why the time comes for us to take the Power of Right Decisions in our lives, but we get entangled in some temptation or greed and are unable to take wisely, rightly, and timely decisions. Later, we get nothing except regrets and remorse.
That is why we should learn this from the Gita and embrace the Power of Right Decisions while there is still time.
